Bathe/shower as usual, and then take a small cup or ladle, and begin taking scoops of the bath and pouring them over your head with it. Remember to bathe from top to bottom - in a downward manner, scrubbing yourself downward and visualizing the negative energy being wiped away completely - in this way removing whatever negativity you have on you. Take whatever remnants of herbs remain, and throw them under a bush with a few cents.
